Behind the Scenes at Perigee: New England Favorites with a Twist

Join us for another enjoyable cooking class at Perigee Restaurant, across from the Federal House. On Saturday April 9, once again Perigee Owner/Culinary Artist Dawn LaRochelle and Perigee Chef/General Manager Jim Lambert will lead an interactive and demonstration from 11am-1.30pm.

Guests will learn to make the following:

  • Fire-Roasted Corn Chowder
  • New England Crabcakes over Edamame Succatosh
  • Cranberry-Apple Crisp with Cheddar and then enjoy a delicious lunch following.

Cost is $50 per person for the class and luncheon.
